1) Please complete the rental application provided at the link to the right. Submit the completed rental application along with a check for the first month’s rent (advertised amount of monthly rent), with the check made to Acquire Real Estate. Contact the agent listed in the ad for specific delivery or fax instructions (and to notify them it is coming).
2) Please complete the credit screening applicant form provided at the link on the right. Submit the completed screening form along with a separate check for the amount of $40 for each applicant, with the check made out to Acquire Real Estate. In the case of two applicants, this would be a check for $80 made out to Acquire Real Estate. This is for the credit check. Contact the agent listed in the ad for specific delivery or fax instructions.
Upon receiving the above, the application will be reviewed and a credit check conducted. The check for the first month’s rent will not be cashed until you are accepted. This check is refunded in full if you do not lease the home. The credit check will not be refunded if the credit check is conducted.
If a lease is signed, you will also need to submit a security deposit, usually in the amount of one month’s rent, to the homeowner or property manager.
